Once the product is delivered, you have 30 days to decide if you definitely want to keep it. If you decide it is not suitable, you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as the product has not been used and is sealed in its original packaging.
We do everything we can to make sure the correct item reaches you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a free collection.
If your products fail within the warranty period, we will promptly repair or replace the item for you. If the fault occurs within the first 180 days of possession, we will collect the merchandise and return it free of charge.
We cannot accept returns on custom items designed to work together as a single package. Some items are only eligible for the money back guarantee if they are returned unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Important: For hygiene and software licensing reasons, some items are only eligible for our Money Back Guarantee if they are returned unused and sealed in their original packaging with all software still "unregistered". In the unlikely event that any item in this order is faulty, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, please notify us within 14 days and we will arrange a free collection.
When returning an order, please ensure that the products are properly packed and protected to prevent damage.
